En complément de notre gamme de mélangeurs industriels horizontaux pour compostage BIOMIXER®, nous proposons le broyeur pour déchets verts. Sa conception à deux vis équipées de couteaux dentés en acier au bore, tournant chacune en sens inverse de l'autre, permet de réduire la taille des déchets verts provenant de l'élagage des végétaux. Cette technique permet notamment de préparer l'élément structurant qui, ajouté aux boues, améliore l'aération et favorise l'action des bactéries aérobies, nécessaire à la maturation du compost.

BC-BR VADE square valves are specifically designed according to the requirements of each type of application and equipment.

They have been conceived to be installed under a hopper, discharging bins, storage of solid products.

They are always mounted on a vertical line.

Its design is based on the non-existence of guides or areas where the product might tend to build up and cause destructions, instead the blade slides along some wheels or some fixed supports.

This way, the fluid gets down through the valve eliminating any possibilities for any build-up of the product.

Since there are no established connection standards, BC and BR VADE square valves are designed according to the customer's requirements.

Within the BC model we manifacture a wide range of valves for square or rectangular shape lines.

Among them, we can supply: valves with two pneumatic actuators and a single stroke, fully closed and bonneted valves, valves with inflatable sealing chambers, etc.

Les vannes carrées de la gamme BC BR sont des vannes à guillotine.

La construction mécano-soudée permet d'adapter les dimensions aux besoins du client.

Ce type de construction, carrée ou rectangulaire, permet aussi de réaliser des vannes à double vérin et course unique, à double vérin et double course, des vannes avec chapeau etc...

Elles sont destinées à travailler sur des conduites verticales : silos,décharges,trémies de stockage de pulvérulent etc...

Elles se distinguent par une construction sans guide ni rainure, évitant ainsi tout colmatage.

Le guidage est réalisé par des galets fixes ou mobiles. Cette conception supprime toutes les zones de rétention permettant l'utilisation de ces vannes pour des applications très critiques.

Three side tightness channel penstocks consisting of a fabricated frame that is embeded within the channel and sliding gate provided with a rubber sealjoint to seal the penstock...

Penstock size and dimensions are decided upon the requirements of the civil works and the open space that needs to be blocked.

The channel gate is provided with a flush-bottom feature.

Channel penstocks are sliding types for sizes ranging up to 2000 x 2000 approx.

In the case of larger sizes, the valves can be provided with some wheels to help the gate roll along the frame or the gate may be displaced with the help og one or two stems.

La vanne CC est une vanne de canal à étanchéité trois cotés.

Le cadre mécanosoudé est à sceller dans le béton, l'obturateur coulisse dans une glissière solidaire du corps. L'étanchéité est réalisée par un joint élastomère fixé sur l'obturateur.

Les dimensions dépendent du génie civil.

Le fond de la vanne est autonettoyant. Les obturateurs sont de type coulissant jusqu'à une section de 2000 x 2000 et pour les dimensions supérieures, le guidage est réalisé par des galets mobiles.

Knife gate valve TP range description

VADE through going knife gate valve.

Bidirectional type. Its main feature cosists of a blade that slides through the full lenght of the body.

This blade is provided with a central round-shaped through hole that when coinciding with the bore of the body of the valve, forms a clean straight-through flow path.

The main advantage of using VADE through going knife gate valve is that, when in open position, there are no dead corners in it and the valve is like an extension of the pipe.

Used with pulp featuring more than 3% consistency, sludge and heavy slurries, big size solid particles and high viscosity fluids.

It allows for excellent choices to prevent wear with a great variety of different linings such as PTFE, Halar, Xylan, ... to work with agressive fluids.
Wafer type construction to fit between DIN or ANSI flanges.

VADE TRRC knife gate valve:

With round inlet and square outlet, to prevent any obstructions when letting out the fluid through it.

Provided with replaceable guides and sockets, the TRRC knife gate valve is maily used to work with rejects, wires, etc, specially within the paper industry.

TRRC knife gate valves have a robust construction and are generally reinforced on all their joining and pulling parts.
Compared to some other similar valves, these are perfectly and completly machined valves both on the guides and internal parts and on the external supports.

TR2C knife gate valve:

Knife gate valve with double gate and two pneumatic actuators.
With a two halves body, this valves is designed with a minimum space between the bore and the neck in order to reduce the are where obstructions tend to build up. this design also provides a higher operating speed and an increasing pulling effort.

VADE CLHP are High pressure knife gate valves PN25 to PN100

Full bore valve with a "closed type" construction, a monoblock body and a knife type gate performing a linear movement.

Construction provided with a bonnet that is bolted to the body of the valve.

The bevelled edge knife gate cuts the fibrous particles, shifts them towards a self cleaning bottom and flushes them off the seating area.

The valve is suitable for medium and high pressure lines in applications such as sludge, slurry and liquids containing solid particles.

The bonneted design allows for a construction acc to PN25, PN40, PN64, PN100
