VADE through going knife gate valve.
Bidirectional type. Its main feature cosists of a blade that slides through the full lenght of the body.
This blade is provided with a central round-shaped through hole that when coinciding with the bore of the body of the valve, forms a clean straight-through flow path.
The main advantage of using VADE through going knife gate valve is that, when in open position, there are no dead corners in it and the valve is like an extension of the pipe.
Used with pulp featuring more than 3% consistency, sludge and heavy slurries, big size solid particles and high viscosity fluids.
It allows for excellent choices to prevent wear with a great variety of different linings such as PTFE, Halar, Xylan, ... to work with agressive fluids.
Wafer type construction to fit between DIN or ANSI flanges.
